Your Conversion Partners need a copy chief to work alongside me as we pour our heart and soul into the success of our client’s projects.
Your Conversion Partners is a high-end direct response copywriting agency. We use collaboration to come up with the most creative work possible. We move fast with clients, get data, and continue to optimize for maximum results.
You will work with myself, the copy team plus our soon-to-be-hired head of operations to craft the best copy possible.
This is remote.
We’re looking for a copy chief who has a track record of writing financial copy alongside at least one other niche such as health, tactical, golf or business opportunity.
While a prior history of chiefing or mentoring copywriters isn’t a requirement (I can train you), a willingness to develop and lead a copy team is a necessity.
You need to:
Have a track record of hitting deadlines
Be able to set expectations effectively
Understand that different copywriters need a different approach to thrive
Take responsibility for the copy produced under your chiefing
Work in Slack, Google Docs and ClickUp

You’re Adaptable and a Self-Starter.
You are also able to work under pressure with decisiveness and limited oversight. We’re looking for someone who gets the job done and delivers on time. Ideally, you are self-directed, self-motivated, and don’t need someone to look over your shoulder or hold your hand. You have the ability to motivate yourself and also motivate a team in a positive way to get the results.
You’re an Excellent Communicator.
You have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills that allow you to explain complex topics in simple ways. You are able to clearly get your point across and get all stakeholders aligned on a common goal.
